Abstract

For week 2 of OCADU SFIN-6011 Understanding Systems winter 2025 cohort, the "Systems Approaches Lecture turned towards an appreciation of Project Language, with demonstrations of ways to do Literature Reviews with the aid of a variety of free Generative AI products. The reference list included Systems Thinkers by Ramage and Shipp. Introductions were made to the deliverables (artifacts), methods, and theory, from systems thinkers Russell L. Ackoff, Eric L. Trist, and Fred E. Emery.
